Maritronix is a maritime technology company. We build products for crew change, crew wages, and shipboard reporting — the unglamorous systems that decide whether a vessel is actually ready.
Most “maritime digital” is a dashboard of AIS positions and a promise of AI. The work that actually delays a crew change, a payroll close, or a port-state inspection is still sitting in mailboxes and shared drives.
We started Maritronix to take that work seriously. Onboarding packs that know a vessel’s matrix. Accounting that knows a CBA. Reporting that does not pretend VSAT is an office LAN.
The company operates from India and ships software to owners, managers, and manning teams who run mixed fleets. Domain first, then software — not the other way around.
How we work
Offline is a requirement
If it only works while VSAT is up, it is not ship software. Queues, snapshots, and freshness are part of the product.
One record
The Master, the manning desk, and accounts should not be maintaining three versions of the truth.
Quiet software
The interface should disappear into the job. No dashboards that exist only to look modern in a sales call.
